Possible uses include (but are not limited to) a directory of the sites using our service, general promotional uses, etc. You agree to use our services at your own risk. We retain ownership and all rights to Coco Analytics logos, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, and Web site. If this agreement is terminated by us or by you for any reason, you agree to remove our code, logos and trademarks from all of your Web sites and other items. YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OUR LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICES. We both own the data regarding visitors to your Web site that we collect. You can use the data we provide for any legal purposes. We will use the data in compliance with our privacy policy.

In Summary

Information Collection

When a visitor requests pages from the Coco Analytics site, our Web servers automatically log the browser's domain name, and IP address. This information is collected solely for statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.
Personally identifiable information such as visitor's name, telephone number, postal address and email address are technically impossible for StatCounter to collect and no attempt is made to do so. The information that is recorded consists of the date and time of visit, ip address, browser (e.g. Firefox 3.5), operating system version (e.g. Windows XP), screen resolution (e.g. 800x600), referring link, the current page url and the current page title.
To enable Coco Analytics to track whether a visitor has been to your website before (i.e. a first-time or returning visitor) we send a cookie to your visitors' computer. This information is collected solely to improve the service we offer to you and statistical purposes and is not used to identify individuals.

Other Services

Through your Coco Analytics Account, you may sign into other services. These services can be operated by us (earlier defined as “Services”), but may not always be (“third-party services”). Although you are using the Service to authenticate with these other services, you are bound by the terms of both services.

Cookies and usage data

When you interact with us through the Services, we receive and store certain information such as an IP address, browser information (user agent), cookies, and your activities within the Services. We may store such information or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by affiliates, agents or service providers. We solely store your IP address for security purposes. We also use your provided email address for the purposes of authentication, The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.

Termination

You may terminate your Account at any time and for any reason by visiting the Coco Tweaks Accounts Website, signing in with the aforementioned Account You may permanently terminate your account by choosing “Delete” If your account is not logged in to within seven days from the request, it will be permanently and unrecoverably removed.

We may terminate your Account and your access to the Service (or, at our sole option, applicable portions of the Service) at any time and for any reason. We are not required to provide you with any notice or warning prior to any such termination. You may, as the result of termination, lose your Account and all information and data associated therewith, as applicable and we are under no obligation to compensate you for any such loss.

Your account

You are responsible for your log-in credentials and for any activity resulting from the use of your log-in credentials or other activity on your Account on the Service.

You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to deny service, at our sole discretion, and without any liability to you.
